Checkout
All the items that you have in your shopping bag will appear as your order during Checkout. If you do not want to purchase all items listed, simply edit your shopping bag first.

Methods of payment
Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
Your credit card is neither charged nor verfied online. To avoid any processing delays, please be sure to correctly enter your credit card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.

Your order will not be placed if you do not click "Order Now." Your credit card will  be charged when we have verified your order.  We'll email your immediately after receipt of your order to verify sizing, fabrications, any deadlines, and when your order will ship.

Tax policy
Peggy Lutz collects sales tax for purchases shipped to California state residents.

Shipping and Handling
We ship to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

We normally ship via U.S. Priority  Mail, insured and tracked or Federal Express 3rd Day Air. You may request Overnight or 2nd Day Air at the time you order.  We will email you the shipping and insurance charges when your order is verified. 

Express delivery is not available to U.S. territories.

We do ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties charged by their countries. International shipping charges are determined by the cost, size and weight of the item(s).   We usually ship internationally via U.S. Express Mail or U.S. Priority Mail and will consult with you via email to determine your preference and the costs.

Since many of our garments are hand made, we'll confirm the shipping time for your order when your order is verified. Once we have reviewed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a shipping time.    Please let us know if you have a specific date by which you must receive the garments. 

Returns and Exchanges
Unless noted, merchandise for return must be shipped back within 10 days from the date you received it.   We do not accept returns for custom orders, merchandise marked as final sale, or returns on worn or damaged or altered merchandise. Tags should be intact.

Items made-to-order are returnable only if they appear online and were not customized for you.  Made-to-order items are subject to a non-refundable, 20% cut charge.

Returns shipped back to us later than 10 days from the date you received them are eligible only for merchandise credit.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the purchase price.


Return or Exchange an Item by Mail
You may send the item back to us at the address below using any method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the item or refund as you instruct. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping charge.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available
  • The problem with the merchandise and if you want to be refunded, or have the item exchanged for a different size or color.
