Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: READY TO WEAR: All items shipped immediately from our Showroom or Cyberstore's Ready-to-Wear Section are returnable for a full refund, NO RESTOCKING FEES! eMail us prior to shipping to let us know they are being returned. Ship them within 10 working days of receipt of your order, unworn and in the same condition in which they were received, to Peggy Lutz Plus, Inc., 1813 Empire Industrial Court, Suite A, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Returns shipped later than 10 working days are returnable for store credit only.

MADE TO ORDER: Items made for you as shown in our Cyberstore (made for you in the fabrics and colors offered online) are also returnable for refund minus a 20% cut charge that is not refundable. The same return requirements apply as above: Ship them within 10 working days of receipt of your order, unworn and in the same condition in which they are received. Custom charges and rush charges are NOT refundable.

CUSTOM MADE: Items made for you from fabrics other than those shown on that garment online are NOT REFUNDABLE. We'll work very closely with you to assure your satisfaction, including phone and email consultations, sending swatches, getting accurate measurements.

Q: What does "made-to-order" mean?

A: You can order anything shown in our Cyberstore to fit your height and measurements. Our digitized pattern system along with the accurate measurements you send us and our personal attention to your order assures you a good fit. We have specific patterns for each style in all figure types and heights! If you need or desire additional customization, there will be an additional charge, which will be quoted.

Q: What does "custom made" mean?

A: Peggy Lutz Plus is delighted to work very personally with you to create just the look you are seeking! We'll send you fabric swatches and have email or phone consultations, so that you can choose your styles and choose your fabrics. Our existing styles can be customized per your requests: necklines, sleeves, lengths, fabrics. Naturally, garments custom made for you are not refundable.

Q: Are all garments available for immediate shipment?

A: Many are, but not all. Submit your order and we'll respond right away letting you know the availability of the garments and how soon they can be shipped.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Shipping at Peggy Lutz Plus is immediate for items purchased off-the-rack. Made-to-order and custom work ships in approximately 4 weeks from actual purchase. Your order may also be expedited for an additional, non-refundable rush fee. We ship via Federal Express 3rd Day Air unless you request faster service. Please include your email address so we can email you at the time your order is shipped, letting you know it's on its way, when it will arrive and the tracking number. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: How does rush shipping work?

A: If what you desire is not on our racks for immediate shipment, we'll let you know and offer you the option of having the items made-to-order for you. Since the standard time for made-to-order and custom work is 4 weeks from the date of purchase, just let us know your desired date of receipt, and we'll quote you a rush fee based on your desired item(s) and receipt date. All rush fees are non-refundable.

Q: How do I know your Cyberstore is secure?

A: Simple: credit card numbers and other sensitive data are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) before being transferred. SSL, used by Amazon.com and other E-commerce sites, is a protocol that provides multiple security checks and negotiations to ensure your information will get where it needs to go in a safe and secure fashion.

Q: When I place an order, is my charge put through automatically?

A: No. We personally review each order before putting through your charge. We'll let you know by eMail whether or not all your items are available for immediate shipment, and if not, when you can expect them. You'll then have the option confirm or reject the order or parts of the order.

Q: How can I be sure of receiving clothing that fits?

A: The best way is to include accurate measurements! We'll personally check your measurements against the size you order and email you if we recommend a different size before putting through your order. You can also order two sizes and try them on at home! Select the best fit just as if you were in the dressing room of your favorite store. Return the other size to us for a complete refund.

Q: Why do you require measurements (I know what size I wear)?

A: To ensure you a good fit! Two women who both wear size 24 can have very different body types.

Q: Are what I see in the catalogue and Cyberstore my only choices?

A: Far from it! Just let us know which styles you'd like to see in which fabrics and it shall be yours!

Q: Can I really order the styles I choose in the fabrics I choose?

A: Yes, you can! We'll also consult with you in making these choices, if you like.

Q: Are there more fabric choices than those seen online?

A: Definitely! Our online fabric examples and Cyberstore are just the tip of the iceberg.

Q: How can I see more fabrics in my favorite colors?

A: Order a set of fabric swatches by submitting a Fashion Profile. Be sure to list your favorite colors to wear, in order of preference.

Q: Do you carry petites and talls?

A: Yes, all our styles come in petite and tall. Some styles are particularly suited for petite or for tall. We'll be happy to consult with you on this.

Q: Why are some styles not available in all sizes?

A: Our sizing goes from XXS (12/14) to 3X (up to 82" hips). Since some of our fabrics are quite narrow, certain garments would be prohibitively expensive to make in size 3X. If you're our size 3X, consult with us; some garments may be available for an extra fee.
